In every plan
Read-only spend from OpenAI's and Anthropic's usage reports, hard limits checked before every call through the gateway, budget requests from agents and their approval, the audit log of every change and approval, two-factor sign-in, every provider, encrypted provider keys. Control and the record of it are why teams use DORET Prism, so they are never behind a price. The audit log is kept for as long as your organization exists.
What counts as spend
The settled cost of model calls made through the DORET Prism gateway in a calendar month. DORET Prism holds no funds: you pay your providers directly, as today.
Going over a plan
A plan limits what you can set up: the number of agents and people, and the features listed for it. It never stops calls of the agents you already have; only the limits you set do. If spend or calls outgrow a plan, we ask you to move to the next one.
Changing or cancelling
An Owner changes the plan, the card or cancels in Settings, under Manage billing. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the month already paid for; then the organization moves to Developer and nothing is deleted.
Why calls as well as spend
Ten agents on a cheap model can make millions of calls while spending little; each call still passes the gateway. The call allowance keeps plans fair for that traffic.
