Terms
The short version: you set the budgets, we enforce them on calls through the gateway, and you keep paying your model providers yourself.
01The service
- DORET Prism checks your AI agents' model calls against budgets you set, before they run, and records what they cost.
- The Developer plan is free. Before paid plans start, Owners are emailed the date and the prices in advance; agents already running keep working whichever plan the organization is on.
- It holds no funds. You pay your model providers directly, under your own agreements with them.
02Paid plans
- Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues the invoice. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.
- Around launch we may offer a paid plan free for a set number of days to new organizations. The days may be counted from signup or from the day the organization first connects a provider, which then has to happen by the date shown in the offer. The trial needs no card and ends on its own; the organization then moves to Developer and its limits, unless its Owner buys a plan. Nothing set up during the trial is deleted. Organizations that activate the offer in time may get a discount on a paid plan for as long as that subscription runs; it is applied at checkout.
- A plan is paid monthly in advance and renews until cancelled. An Owner changes or cancels it, updates the payment method and downloads invoices in Settings, under Manage billing.
- A cancelled plan stays in effect until the end of the month already paid for; then the organization moves to Developer. Nothing is deleted when it does.
- A plan limits what an organization can set up: agents, people and the features listed on Pricing. Your agents are never stopped because of a plan or billing: a failed payment or a smaller plan is shown to the organization, and only the limits you set stop calls.
- Refunds: in full within 14 days of any charge, made by Paddle; see the Refund policy page.
03Your account
- You are responsible for who you invite and the roles you give them, and for keeping passwords, agent keys and API keys secret.
- Use a provider key dedicated to this service where you can, so you can revoke it on its own.
- Do not use the service to break the law, a provider's terms, or someone else's rights, or to probe or overload it.
04What the limits do, and do not
- A call goes through only if the agent, its group and the organization all have room for its worst-case cost. That holds for calls made through the gateway.
- Calls an agent makes to a provider directly, with a provider key it holds, are outside the service and its limits.
- When a call's outcome is unknown (the connection dropped mid-answer), it stays charged at its full reservation until it is settled: automatically from OpenAI's or Anthropic's usage report when a scoped admin key is connected (Business), or by an Owner, Admin or Finance member working from the provider's console.
05Availability
- We work to keep the service running, but there is no uptime guarantee outside an Enterprise agreement. When the service is down, calls through the gateway fail rather than run unchecked.
- We may change or remove features; anything that changes how limits are enforced is announced to Owners in advance.
06Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for model-provider charges beyond what the service records, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
07Ending
You can stop using the service at any time: an Owner can close the organization in Settings, and its data is deleted 30 days later. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, telling the Owner why.
How we handle your data is on the Privacy page; questions go to hello@doretprism.com.
Version 0.2, October 2026. If these terms change, signed-in Owners are told before the change applies.
